Every month the consumer has to pay the fee as per Schedule-3.

But in the following cases, the fee will be given at the following rate:-
(a) If the meter is off, on the basis of the consumption of the previous three months till the meter is turned on,
(b) If the meter is removed from the pipe line after taking the approval of the office or by the office itself, the same as the section where the meter is not installed.
